Open YUFE - education without borders
Recruitment for the Open YUFE programme is underway. It is an opportunity for students to take part in courses and academic activities across Europe for free. Lectures, classes, workshops, pro-social activities and many other activities are available on the YUFE Virtual Campus.
ABC of studying in Toruń
Emergency numbers, addresses of libraries, a list of pharmacies, instructions on how to get a PESEL number - all this information can be found by foreign students in a special "Essential Infromation for International Student" compiled by Oliwia Kowalczyk, a student at the Institute of Educational Sciences.
What does the eye have to do with the language?
The white of the sclera affects the evaluation of the attractiveness, health condition and age of a human. Does it also signify the level of aggression, trust and cooperativeness, and did it influence the development of a language? Dr. habil Sławomir Wacewicz, NCU professor of the Faculty of Humanities of NCU tells us about the research on the eye.
